Paragraph Variation Report
“The number of words used in the paragraph are used to construct the paragraph count report. Each paragraph comprises a certain number of words. We have five possibilities for the quantity of words that users use in the paragraph. The number of paragraphs is broken down as follows:
< 25 words
25 – 49 words
50 – 75 words
75 – 99 words
> 100 words
The report will highlight the pertinent sections of the book or document based on any criteria that users provide.”
STEP 1
Refer to the screenshot below to locate the “REPORTS” button on the bottom left of the screen and click on it.
STEP 2
Please find “Paragraph Variations” in the second row of the screen.
STEP 3
Once the user clicks on “Paragraph Variations”, manuscripts.ai will start running report automatically and once it finishes loading it will show results on the right side of the screen.
